370 employees, one mug, one goal: a give-away that ends up in your hand every morning instead of in a cupboard once a year. In autumn 2024 Quickline was looking for a bamboo thermal mug in its own design and found Twing through a Google search. The enquiry came with three clear conditions: a sample beforehand, a clean quote, binding delivery dates.
Sample, fine-tuning, production. Twing first sent a real mug together with the quote, so that Quickline could judge the material and the print quality itself instead of trusting a rendering. During the design round the logo was adjusted on the bamboo surface until the colour and the position were right. Approval was therefore very simple and production could start straight away.
Only 14 days after the order confirmation the first part-delivery was on its way. Both shipments arrived before the Christmas handover and the feedback from Quickline was unambiguous: the mugs went down very well. At Twing the thermal mug has reached internal cult status, because the bamboo gives the product a very nice feel.

Promotional products rarely fail because of the product and almost always because of the coordination. With Quickline it was clear early on that the mug had to carry the brand image one to one, not as a rough approximation. So at the beginning there was no quote, but a sample in hand. Anyone who can hold the mug before ordering decides faster and has nothing to correct later.
The second lever was the timing. Instead of waiting for one complete shipment, the order was split: the first batch went out on 28 November, the remaining mugs followed a few days later. That way the Quickline team already had the first mugs in hand while the rest was still on its way. A solution that only works when production and dispatch are closely coordinated.
