Everything is printed, embroidered or engraved to your corporate design. If the product you want is not listed, we source it for you, from a ballpoint pen to a bespoke item.
Yes, and free of charge. Send us your logo and a few details about the occasion, the quantity and the budget. We usually reply within 4 hours and then send you product suggestions that fit and a design preview on the product. On request you receive a sample before production. You can reach us through the contact form, by email or by phone.
Reckon on about 4 to 6 weeks for all products from the moment you approve your design. That includes production, decoration with your logo, quality control and delivery to the address of your choice in Switzerland. Special Pantone colours or bespoke items can take a little longer. We tell you before you order.
Yes. For many articles we offer express production for a surcharge. Depending on the product and the stock, delivery is then possible within 1 to 3 weeks. Give us your preferred date in the enquiry, we check straight away what is realistic by then, and we tell you honestly if it is tight.
We back promotional products that stay in use rather than end up in the bin: textiles in GOTS-certified organic cotton or Fairtrade cotton, stainless steel water bottles that replace hundreds of PET bottles, and plastic-free packaging. Many products can be made in Europe on request, decoration happens mostly in Europe, engraving in Switzerland. Ask us for the most sustainable version of your product.
The minimum order quantity depends on the product and lies between 10 and 50 units. Jumpers, jackets, caps and bags are available from 10 units, T-shirts and bath towels from 20 units, water bottles, thermal mugs and coffee cups from 25 units, mugs, soaps and lanyards from 50 units and socks from 50 pairs. The exact quantity is on every product page. From larger quantities you benefit from volume prices.
The price depends on the product, the quantity, the decoration and the delivery date. That is why we quote no flat prices: we usually reply within 4 hours and then send you a transparent quote with every item listed. The design preview is free. Companies and organisations pay conveniently by invoice after delivery.
Yes. Just send us what you have. Even a JPG or PNG from your website is enough to start with. Our design team prepares your logo for print, embroidery or engraving, vectorises it where needed and shows you in the preview how it looks on the product. You only approve once everything is right.
