The minimum order quantity at Twing is 50 units. That makes it possible to print lanyards in small quantities too, for smaller companies, clubs or events for instance. The larger the order, the lower the unit price: the first volume discounts apply from 100 units, and from 500 units the difference is clear. You receive a reply within 4 hours, the free quote follows after that.

The standard delivery time is 4–6 weeks from the design approval. For urgent orders Twing offers an express option – just note it in the enquiry. Twing lanyards are available in widths of 10 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm and 25 mm. For logos with fine detail we recommend at least 20 mm, so your branding stays clearly legible. With the materials the choice is yours: polyester (sturdy, colourful, economical), nylon (soft feel, brilliant colours), recycled PET (sustainable, GRS certified), organic cotton (GOTS certified) and leather for particularly exclusive versions. Twing advises you on the material that suits your use best.

There are five processes to choose from for printing lanyards: screen print for one- or two-colour logos (economical and long-lasting), sublimation print for multicolour and photorealistic motifs, jacquard for woven patterns with a refined feel and a long life, embroidery for a particularly elegant and three-dimensional brand presence, and leather embossing for exclusive versions in leather. Twing recommends the right process depending on design, material and budget.

Depending on the use, various closures and accessories are available: a carabiner in metal or plastic (the classic for keys), a safety closure (breakaway) – which opens under tension, ideal for occasions and anywhere safety rules apply, a key ring for classic use, a badge clip / card holder for passes and access cards, as well as a yo-yo reel for practical everyday and office use. Twing advises you on the combination best suited to your project.

The unit price depends on the material, the printing process, the width and the order quantity. As a guide: from about CHF 1.50–3.50 per unit at medium quantities. For larger orders the unit price drops noticeably. For a concrete offer just fill in the form, we reply within 4 hours.

Yes. Twing offers lanyards in GRS-certified recycled PET – made from old PET bottles, certified to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS). Versions in organic cotton (GOTS certified) are available as well. If sustainability is a criterion for you, just say so in the enquiry – we will suggest the right option.

It is simple: fill in the form, upload the logo – done. A vector file is best (.ai, .eps or .svg); other formats are accepted too. Twing turns it into a print proposal free of charge. Only once you have approved the result does the personalised lanyard go into production. No surprises, no risk.
