El Tony & Puerto Mate need merch with a real caffeine kick
The starting point
At intelligentfood Schweiz AG in Rotkreuz, drinks are created that you find at festivals, at universities and in bars, El Tony Mate and Puerto Mate above all. That is exactly where the merch has to work too: printed, there on time and true to the brand. Orders come in at the rhythm of the events, from different parts of the company and at the pace a growing brand simply has. That calls for a partner like Twing, who keeps up.
Our approach
We built a fixed product base that works for El Tony Mate and Puerto Mate alike: socks, jute bags, microfibre towels and bath towels. We send the quote and the design together, so that approval is possible in one step. For the 2026 towel that took exactly one day. And delivery does not happen at some point, it is calculated backwards from the event date.
The result
Since August 2024 nine projects have come together this way, around 2300 finished items for two brands. The collaboration now runs without a long lead time: enquiry, quote with design, approval, delivery before the event. How well practised it has become shows in the towel for summer 2026. That one ran as a swap project: instead of an invoice we were paid in El Tony Mate.
